Pyro Scan® Equipment Limited Warranty

Winco Fireworks International, LLC (“Winco”) warrants that Pyro Scan® equipment purchased through pyroscan.com will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of six (6) months from the date of shipment.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty applies only to defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use of the equipment.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling
• Improper installation or operation outside of recommended guidelines
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by environmental conditions, including water, extreme temperatures, or power surges

Warranty Service

If a defect arises during the warranty period, Winco/Pyro Scan® will, at its option, repair or replace the defective equipment or component.

To request warranty service, customers must contact Pyro Scan® at contact@pyroscan.com to obtain return instructions. Proof of purchase may be required.

Customers are responsible for shipping the product to Winco/Pyro Scan® unless otherwise agreed. Winco/Pyro Scan® will cover return shipping for repaired or replacement items within the continental United States.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Winco/Pyro Scan® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, or business interruption.

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Winco/Pyro Scan®. All other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the extent permitted by law.
